** We are not responsible for items that are lost during transit. Each package we ship out is given it's own tracking number and it's up to you to track it and contact the USPS with any questions!
** Returns are not accepted, only an EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT. To have an exchange/store credit approved… First please see that your item/s meet ALL the guidelines listed below.
- ALL exchanges / store credits must be made within 14 days of receiving your items.
- ALL clearance, jewelry & items discounted 25% & above are a FINAL SALE (no exchange / store credit will be given.)
- Items must have tags attached in their perfect original, unworn, unwashed condition. No makeup or deodorant stains, smoke smell, dog hair or stains of any kind. As well as shoes unworn in the original shoe box.
** If your item/s meet ALL the guidelines send us an email @ email@example.com to get your exchange/store credit approved.
** If exchanging an item - please let us know the item you would like so we can assure availability.
** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx
